一、产品概述 Product Overview

YBT3-H系列电动机为全封闭隔爆型三相异步电动机。该电机符合GB3836.1《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第1部分 通用要求》和GB3836.2《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备 第2部分 隔爆型“d” 》的规定。具有性能好，噪声低，维修方便等优点。该系列电动机适用于防爆标志为ExdⅡCT4 Gb, 温度级别为T1~T4组的可燃性气体或蒸汽与空气形成的爆炸性混合物的场所，与CBZ-Ⅱ型船用防爆轴流通风机配套使用。

YBT3-H series motors are totally enclosed explosion-proof three phase asynchronous motors. The motors are designed and manufactured according to GB3836.1 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atomosphere-part1: General requirement” and GB3836.2 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmosphere-part2:Flameproof enclosure “d ”.the motors have good performance ,low noise and easy maintenance. The motors can be used on the explosive mixture which compound with temperature class T1~T4 easy-ignition air or steam and air , where explosion-proof mark is ExdⅡCT4 Gb. The motors can be worked with CBZ-Ⅱtype of axial flow fan.

Oil-mist salt-mist fungus and sea water exist;

有船舶正常营运中产生的冲击、振动；

Shock and vibration might happened during shipping;

存在有引燃温度组别为T1~T4组的可燃性气体或蒸汽与空气形成的爆炸性混合物场所；

In air there might be exist explosive mixture which compound with temperature class T1~T4 easy-ignition air or steam and air.

Temperature rise of winding(resistance method)shouldn’t exceed 80K, allowed temperature of bearing(thermometer method)shouldn’t exceed 90℃.
